Privacy policy
We process account identifiers, login/session data, language and consent choices, comments, favorites, viewing progress, reward records and payment references to provide the requested service, prevent abuse and resolve disputes. Infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and security logs. We do not need your full card details.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary HttpOnly cookies support account sessions for up to 30 days and visitor identity. Playback sound, speed, consent choices and up to 30 recent watch-progress entries per account stay in this browser. Saved titles, followed actors, account history, membership, coins, points and reward claims are handled by the platform 59 account service. Natural full playback, watch-page visits and visible online minutes are recorded to calculate missions. Sign-out ends the session; clearing browser progress does not delete account history. Keep downloaded sign-in QR credentials private.
Optional analytics and advertising
Optional analytics and advertising are off until you opt in through Cookie preferences. Analytics include a title identifier, playback duration, completion ratio, startup timing, page path and event time; they exclude sign-in credentials. HilltopAds video advertising uses Google IMA only when JavAV has its own configured placement, advertising consent is enabled, and access or membership rules allow ads. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection and ads. Media and advertising providers may have separate storage practices.
Sharing, retention and your choices
We share data with infrastructure, login and payment providers only as needed for service delivery, security or legal obligations. Records are retained only as needed for their purpose, disputes and applicable law. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; financial/legal retention obligations may limit deletion. Service providers include Cloudflare for delivery and media storage, Akamai/Linode for origin hosting, Google Firebase for Google sign-in when enabled, and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency checkout. Providers may process data in multiple countries; contact support about processing and retention.
