Terms of service
Adults only. You must be at least 18 and meet your location’s legal age and access requirements. Age acknowledgement is not identity verification. Sexual depictions of minors or minor-looking characters, non-consensual material and unlawful uploads are prohibited.
Service operator
JavAV uses the same service operator and customer support desk as TikTok ProMax and our other sites. Contact [email protected] for service, privacy, rights, correction or billing enquiries. This policy identifies the service brands and does not claim a separate registered company or a jurisdiction-specific exemption.
Using the service
Use JavAV lawfully and respect creators. Do not redistribute protected works, bypass access controls, impersonate others or abuse rewards. Content and availability may change. We may restrict accounts for documented violations; contact support to contest an error.
Streaming and access
Available titles combine published Japanese AV videos and drama in one collection. Playback and previews follow the access rules shown for each title, performer and category. Limited previews do not grant access to the full work. Membership and coin purchases do not waive separate access or download restrictions. Report suspected unlawful, underage or non-consensual content with the affected page URL; do not send explicit media through the support desk.
Missions, points, coins and VIP
Points, coins and VIP are separate benefits recorded for this site. Mission and sign-in rewards follow the displayed conditions and server validation. Coins are service credits, not cash or investments, and cannot be transferred between sites. VIP covers only the access shown in the current plan; downloads or coin-priced works may have separate rules. Prices, duration, renewal and refund eligibility must be displayed before checkout. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Contact and policy changes
